To further the advancement of all toy breeds of purebred dogs, doing all possible to bring their natural qualities to perfection.

To disseminate knowledge regarding obedience training as well as dogs in general.

To do all in its power to protect and advance the interest in all toy breeds of purebred dogs and to encourage sportsmanlike competition at dog shows and obedience trials.

To conduct sanctioned matches, dog shows and obedience trials under the rules of the American Kennel Club.

To share admiration and love of the Toy Breeds with all members of the public with like interests, be it as a pet owner, owner handler, breeder, or simply enjoy the Toy dog breeds.
